Colocation users can send their hardware to the Bacloud data center. When a shipment arrives, Bacloud will take shipment photos and inform clients about the shipment's arrival.

Important Information:

• Coordination with the Sales Team: All equipment must be coordinated with the Bacloud data center sales team before submission.
• Complete Information: Please provide all information about the equipment being submitted in the table below. The sales team will create an acceptance-transfer report.
• Cables: Network and power cables and their types must be coordinated with the Bacloud data center sales team.
• Safety Requirements: All equipment must comply with all safety requirements.
• Official Accessories: All accessories must be officially integrated with the server manufacturer.
• Non-Standard Solutions: If the submitted equipment has non-standard solutions, this must be coordinated with the Bacloud sales team.
• Data Center Compatibility: All submitted equipment must be suitable for data centers.
• Rackmount Compatibility: All equipment submitted for colocation must be factory-ready for rack mounting.
• Internal Power Sources: All submitted equipment must have internal power sources.
• Remote Access: All submitted equipment must have remote access capabilities, such as IP KVM, ILO, iDRAC, RMM, IPMI, or other.
