At Bacloud we provide you with two different options for cancellation regarding our services - Immediate and at the end of your billing period.

Immediate cancellation will cover canceling your service right away.

Cancelation at the end of your billing period would mean that you will not receive an invoice for a renewal of your service and will be canceled once it expires.

Domain names cannot be canceled, simply because of the way they operate. Once a domain name is registered, it cannot be deleted and it will remain under your ownership until it expires.
